Consults

Reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before the call for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, one reschedule is offered; after that the fee is retained.

Once the call has taken place, the fee is not refundable. The consult is 45 minutes of advice given live, and it cannot be returned once you have it. If you are unsure whether it is worth S$150 to you, read what the consult covers first, or try the free readiness check and the guides — they are there so that nobody needs to pay to find out the basics.

If the call does not happen for a reason on our side — a cancellation here, a no-show here, or a technical failure that stops it running — you are refunded in full.

Season Prep programme

Full refund up to seven days after the first week's material is sent. After that the material has been delivered and the fee is retained.

If we publish an error in a question or solution, every enrolled family receives the correction and the season is extended by one week at no charge.
